Data users may share, distribute, and copy the unmodified datasets for non-commercial purposes in any medium or format, provided they properly credit the original authors and sources, and indicate that the datasets are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/). If the intended use exceeds the scope of the license, data users will need to obtain permission directly the authors of the dataset.
